Wholesome, nutritious and easily adaptable using your favorite mix-ins😋 ⠀ How to make Peanut Butter Banana Protein Bars❓ Here is an easy recipe⬇️

Step 1: Whip together 1 cup butter, 1/3 cup honey, 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 banana. ⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Step 2: Stir in the entire THA Protein Bar Package! Add 1/3 cup of water. Mix until a dough forms.

Step 3: Press into pan and refrigerate.

Step 4: Top with banana slices and peanut butter. Enjoy! 😋

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

 

Step #1

Whip together:

Honey (add more if you prefer sweeter) and butter or coconut oil.

 

Step #2

Add bag contents and mix together to a crumble.

 

Step #3

Add in water, and mix until dough pulls together enough to clean sides of bowl. Press into pan and refrigerate covered for 1-2 hours, before cutting into bars for serving.

Store excess bars in the freezer, and thaw in the refrigerator as needed.
